Color Options
MODLINX vs EPOXY
Tire Marks
MODLINX Tile Garage Floors:
Resists intense heat from tires. They won’t soften or show visible marks under normal use.
Epoxy:
When a hot tire sits on epoxy, the resin can soften and react, leaving dark hot-tire marks that are hard to remove. These marks can make the floor look worn and dirty.

Peeling & Flaking
MODLINX Tile Garage Floors:
There’s no coating to detach from the surface, so lifting or chipping isn’t an issue.
Epoxy:
Epoxy relies on strong adhesion to the concrete. If the slab wasn’t perfectly prepped or moisture causes a failure later, the coating can bubble, crack, or peel off.

Discoloration
MODLINX Tile Garage Floors:
Don't yellow or fade in normal conditions. Colors remain true over time.
Epoxy:
Often turn yellow or amber with sunlight and age. Chemical spills, oil, and heat can also change the look over time, giving a patchy or dull appearance.
